How to enroll: To access Bill Pay after the system upgrade, click “Services,” then “Bill Pay” from the navigation menu.

* In some cases, the vendor might issue a check rather than a electronic debit which could result in a fee if the item exceeds the allowable number of checks/drafts per monthly statement cycle as defined in your Checking account terms.

Personal Online Banking Users:

How to Enroll: Sign up for eStatements anytime by selecting “Services,” then clicking on “eStatements,” then selecting your statement delivery preferences.

NOTE: In order to complete the enrollment process, you will need to verify that you can view PDF files. You will be asked to open a sample PDF and extract the code before the enrollment can be completed. If you do not have Adobe PDF Reader, a link to download Adobe PDF Reader will be provided at the time of enrollment.

With Zelle® you can send money to people you know and trust with a bank account in the U.S. for things like:
  • Send a reimbursement
  • Send money to your kid in college
  • Pay for a service such as babysitting or lawn care
  • Pay rent to a landlord or roommate
 

Enroll today and send money to friends and family:

  1. To enroll, log into Central Valley Community Bank Online Banking using your desktop computer.
  2. Once logged in to Online Banking, from the left side menu, click Services, then "Bill Payment/Zelle®."
  3. To utilize Zelle®, you must been enrolled for Bill Pay. If already enrolled in Bill Pay- Proceed to Step 6.
  4. To enroll in Bill Pay, review and accept Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Continue to Payment Center.
  5. From the “Take care of your Bills in 3 easy steps” page, Click on “What else can I do?” to proceed to Bill Pay.
  6. Once in Bill Pay, select "Send money with Zelle®.
  7. Enroll your email address or U.S. mobile number.
  8. Now you’re ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle®.
  9. After initial enrollment, you can send money with Zelle® using the mobile app.

Zelle® FAQ 

There is no charge to send money with Zelle®. Must sign up and be enrolled in Bill Pay.
