MoneyPass FAQ

Central Valley Community Bank is now part of the MoneyPass ATM Network! The MoneyPass Network allows you to get the cash you need nationwide without paying a surcharge fee!*
The MoneyPass Network offers over 32,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide located where you live, work and travel that you can use fee-free.
A surcharge fee is a fee that is charged to cardholders by the owner of an ATM. The surcharge fee may be as high as $5.00. You can now use your Central Valley Community Bank debit card at MoneyPass ATMs to avoid paying that surcharge fee. You will be charged a fee for using an ATM outside the MoneyPass Network. Refer to the schedule of fees.
To determine if an ATM is part of the MoneyPass Network, visit the MoneyPass website at www.moneypass.com/atm-locator.html
MoneyPass surcharge-free ATMs are only to be found within the United States and Puerto Rico.
The ATM should have the MoneyPass symbol on the ATM. You can also use the ATM Locator.
If you use a foreign ATM (an ATM that is not part of the MoneyPass Network), you will be charged a $2.00 Foreign ATM fee from Central Valley Community Bank. The ATM owner may also charge a fee for the transaction in addition to CVCB's fee.
If you used your Central Valley Community Bank debit card and believe that you were charged a fee at a MoneyPass ATM, please contact Central Valley Community Bank's customer Service Department at (800) 298-1775.
* You will be charged a surcharge fee using an ATM outside the MoneyPass network. Refer to the schedule of fees.
