If you have an existing loan and are impacted by the partial Government Shutdown you may be eligible for relief on existing loans or deferments, forbearances or loan extensions. 2. I have a credit card with Central Valley Community Bank and may not be able to make a payment? What are my available options?
Please contact Central Valley Community Bank's Customer Service Department at (800) 298-1775 and have your full 16-digit credit card number available.
3. I have online bill payments set up that I need to cancel? Where do I go for assistance?
You can cancel or change a payment that has been scheduled in Central Valley Community Banks Bill Pay system, simply log in to your account and access Bill Pay, under pending payments, you can change or cancel the payment.
4. How do I cancel pre-arranged automatic payments on my account?
