Personal Loan Clients

Existing Personal Loan clients who are experiencing financial distress are encouraged to complete the COVID-19 Emergency Loan Program form (PDF 948k). Please complete the “For A Personal Loan” section and select option 1 or 2 for the loan or line of credit you are requesting a payment deferment on. NOTE: You will need to complete one form for each loan or line of credit. 

In addition, existing Personal borrowers and/or depositors of Central Valley Community Bank can apply for a New Emergency No Fee Fixed Rate Loan, please select option 3 and complete the missing information on the form.

Instructions for submitting your completed form(s): Download (save) the PDF form to your computer. Complete the form and when finished, select "Submit Form." Email the completed form to disasterloans@cvcb.com

Small Business Loan Clients

Existing Small Business Loan clients who are experiencing financial distress are encouraged to complete the COVID-19 Emergency Loan Program form (PDF 948k). Please complete the “For A Small Business Loan” section and select option 1 or 2 for the loan or line of credit you are requesting a payment deferment on. NOTE: You will need to complete one form for each loan or line of credit.

In addition, Small Business clients can apply for a New Emergency No Fee Fixed Rate Loan by completing the combined COVID-19 Emergency Loan Program Form/Application For The Small Business Disaster Loan Program (PDF 665k). The application must be completed in full to be processed.

Commercial Loan Clients

Existing Commercial Loan clients who are experiencing financial distress and seeking assistance, please contact your Relationship Manager or Portfolio Manager directly.

The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering SBA Disaster Assistance Loans to businesses that qualify.
