7(A) Guaranteed Loans This program allows you to borrow funds for most business needs including working capital, inventory, equipment, real estate, business purchase, and debt refinance. Loans are fully amortized for terms of 7 to 25 years. As Preferred Lender Program Lenders, Central Valley Community Bank can process and approve these loans in-house, meaning faster approval and funding for you.
504 Loans This program provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for acquisition, construction, and/or renovation of capital assets including land, buildings and equipment. In most cases, the applicant needs to put only 10% down on the eligible project costs.
Express Loans and Lines
For existing businesses who need to borrow up to $250,000, this program offers a short application and quick turnaround.
Patriot Express Loan Program
Central Valley Community Bank is a partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration authorized to offer Patriot Express Loans up to $500,000 to help the military community with businesses. This initiative provides new and enhanced programs and services for veterans and members of the military community wanting to establish or expand small businesses. The Patriot Express Loan can be used for most business purposes, including start-up, expansion, equipment purchases, working capital, inventory or business-occupied real estate purchases. This type of loan also has the SBA’s lowest interest rates and the fastest turnaround time for loan approvals.
